We offer free on-site inspections and estimates. What does this mean?
We come on-site to inspect a project before we can estimate accurately. This gives us an opportunity to meet with our clients, set expectations, explain our process and answer questions before any work is performed. We want project scope and cost to be accurate and fair to all parties.
We guarantee our work. What does this mean?
We set realistic expectations and outcomes based on experience and training. If we set an expectation, we meet it or try to exceed it. If we make a promise, we follow through. If we make a mistake, we fix it. It's that simple.
If my house or business floods, can't I just take care of it myself?

Knowing what material is wet and needs to be removed and what material is dry or can be dried in place takes specialized training and equipment.

Do we test for mold?
